  2. Birch can be put in the diffuser and is an excellent air purifier. It has been used historically for nausea, joint and muscle discomfort, and to cleanse the skin. Please visit http://www.builddoterra.com for an excellent webinar on Birch by Dr. David K. Hill.

  3. I was introduced to Birch long ago and have protected my one bottle for years. At the time I was suffering from tooth pain from a root canal gone bad. The tooth was temporarily capped because I kept having frequent flare-ups of intense pain. I started using Birch during those flare-ups and found great relief. I would put a drop of Birch on a Q-tip and rub it on the inside and outside of the gum where the pain was. Yes, I often had to apply it more than once but in a few hours the inflamation was gone and so was the pain. I am so excited that Birch is back !
