Finding Strength and Balance through Yoga
Do you make time in your schedule to relieve stress, exercise, and relax? If not, start now with yoga. Several months ago, we started a dōTERRA yoga class, which is held every Tuesday from noon – 1:00 p.m near our corporate headquarters. It’s been amazing to experience the benefits of essential oils while practicing yoga. To help everyone experience the the benefits of yoga and essential oils, we are pleased to offer FREE yoga classes at this year’s Celebration & Training Conference on November 6-7, 2009 at the Grand America Hotel in Salt Lake City.
Yoga will be held on Friday and Saturday mornings from 6:30 – 7:30 a.m. on the 3rd Floor in the Milano Room at the Grand America. Our yoga instructor is Crystal Wood, who has been practicing yoga for 7 years and teaching it for 3 years. She has taught at East West Exchange, Gilbert Pilates and Yoga, and LA Fitness in Arizona. Crystal is Alliance yoga certified, NFPT for training and AFFA certified for group instruction.
