  3. I love to use olive oil with a few drops of tea tree oil for wood cleaning. The oil keeps the wood looking great and the tea tree cleans and kills bacteria and any type of fungus. If you don’t like the tea tree smell replace it with lavender oil.

  4. I use 3 cups baking soda with about 20 to 25 drops of essential oil – I use Lemon or Citrus Bliss or On Guard, in a container glass or plastic. Mix thoroughly cover and let sit 12 or so hours. Then sprinkle it on your carpet I let it sit a while – usually 1 to 2 hours, some people do it overnight and vacuum!

  5. I heard the lemon essential oil is corrosive. What kind of container should cleaner with lemon oil be stored in? Is plastic ok?

Does anyone make liquid dish soap or liquid laundry detergent with do terra oils? I’d love some recipes to experiment with before my first DoTerra party!

  6. Cleaners made with any essential oils should be kept in glass bottles. You can get some that are inexpensive from Aromatools.com
