  1. I have just recieved my 3 bottles of long life supplements along with the pb assist amd gx assist, I like to try products before I sell them to others. Would you advise me as to the best way to take these. Do the assists before starting the supplements or start the supplements and do the assists at the same time, starting with the cleansing formula. Please advise. Thank you

  2. It is safe and effective to take all three of these supplements at the same time. It is recommended to take the Lifelong Vitality daily. For the GX Assist it is recommended to take 3 capsules a day for 10 days of each month followed by 5 days of PB Assist+ (3 capsules per day), and lastly finish the last 15 days with 1 PB Assist+ per day for digestive support and maintenance.
